On the larger bottles, 28oz, have embossed and ACL. These I have seen are in the 50's and 60's dates. To me it just seems a bit odd.

Yes, the first one is definitely 1955 and the second is 1962. The 75 and 27 are mould numbers. The L on the bottom would be the Maker's...
