Tough to say without seeing it. Looks like it was dug. Could have a haze from being buried. Only way to get a haze off is to tumble, it wouldn't wash off.
Why do insulator collectors call broken insulators specimens? I studied biology. We didn't take fish without tails or a missing head and call it a specimen and keep it for study. This drives me nuts.
I wouldn't take much less than book value for it. If you want to sell you can post it on the icon picture poster for free and there's no buyers premium, fees, taxes, etc. It's where all the collectors are and stuff sells every day. It's pretty wild.

Holy smokes!! It's a CD 731. I found an aqua tillotson 731 one time SCUBA diving in southern NH years back. I haven't had a price guide for many years. If I remember it's around $500, or was 10 years ago. Someone can help with price maybe.
