It was in a lake next to a little mining town in Northern Ontario, up near Timmins, so not heading to the US. I figure it was using a winter road and was servicing a mine. Without a mark or bump on the bottle, bootleg might make sense.
I was scuba diving in a lake in Northern Ontario. We found a car a REO from the late 20s early 30s. It looks like it has been in 50 feet of water since the mid 30's. We located 6 bottles in the vehicle, all full and corked. One exploded on deck (still good rye), one blew its cork on the way...
