My grocery delivery was an act of providence. Lettuce thank the Genies! LMAO
The delivery guy was sporting a Manchester Football Jersey...I like Liverpool and
sometimes wear my red and black! Anglo-Saxon roots go deep here in Canada.
He told me that the biggest match of the season was starting soon. I was more
than delighted but told him I only wished I could watch that! It would be quite the
game to see. Put the groceries away, and switched on the tube. Nothing. Sigh.
Typed in Manchester and Liverpool into the ol search engine....live streaming in
3 minutes. Wow! Its on right now. Pre game and everything. Go Liverpool!
Popped Cornish pasties in the stove and set aside a bowl of salt n malt crisps.
I have dark ale in the fridge but at lunch time I prefer a nice English fruit crush.
