Ink Well, Yes or No

[Vetus Vitrum]

Cobalt blue, about 2 3/4 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter, the opening at the top is just under an inch, 22 in a circle on the base. the glass has some bubbles and swirls, I estimate 1910-1920, just and estimate though. I have seen several of this particular bottles on eBay listed as ink wells and in style, it does look like other ink wells in my collection but would appreciate opinions.
