I was at a Chinese restaurant a few weeks ago and this "Lucky Buddha" beer was delivered to the table. I hadn't seen one before, and liked it, so I took the bottle home after emptying it. It's a Chinese beer imported to Spring Valley, CA. Not sure how widely available the beer is at this point but the bottle is really pretty cool even though it's current, and Chinese. Their tagline is "Enlightened Beer" and the label says it's brewed by Cheerday Brewery in Hangzhou, Chuan, Zhejaing, China.

That's a cool-looking bottle, and not a brand that I remember seeing available before.

That is Ho Tai embossed on the bottle.

" To the Chinese, the seat of the soul is in the stomach, so the Ho Tai Buddha’s stomach is large and round to symbolize his heavenly stature and to represent fullness and abundance. The Ho Tai Buddha reminds us that good things come to happy, joyful people and that prosperity is also a sign of joyfulness."

An eBay search turns up quite a few; It's a charming bottle for sure. :)
