I hate that for ya Melinda. I got a puce bottle a few months ago that was cracked. I had to return it , but it was not done in the mail.

It's happened to me for sure but nothing that would have been that nice looking. Those were before buyer protection on ebay. Actually one was the old Yahoo site which I found out later had all the kicked off ebay seller rejects.
You have the 5 stages to go through but I hope you come back with more details soon.

I have never had one broken before so i am not really up on what recourse I have.

You do have to wonder why they bother to put "FRAGILE" on it at the post office. I think it may be a target.

Where and whom ever you received the bottle from I am sure it was insured Melinda. Contact the seller immediately and the post office or what ever service delivered it to you. Send the seller photos and to your post office ect. You are entitled to a full refund if the package was insured. I hope it wasn't one of these was it Melinda?

Thankfully it was not a Flora Temple. It was a much cheaper bottle...but still quite nice looking. I have emailed the guy I bought it from and sent him a picture.

I even made a video before I opened the box just to record the sound the unopened box was making when gently shaken. A terrible sound for a bottle collector.

That's what I call a 100 piece mold...Too bad, I hope u get a refund !!
