Double sided. Both sides are pretty good. Found under a tower today.

Nice find! Around here those tower signs are some of the only enamel signs you still see in use, nice that yours has the power company name, the ones around here are much plainer.

When I was a kid I used to walk the powerline corridors and pick those up; they were almost always on the ground because the little hooks they hung from wore through over time from the sign swinging. They often had different smaller signed bolted to the bottom that stated the electric company. I've got a stack of them somewhere.
