Hi - can anyone tell me anything about this bottle? It is a Coca Cola Bottle approx 8" tall green in color. The front of the bottle says: Coca-Cola - Trademark registered - Petersburg - Bottling Works - Petersburg, ILL. On the front bottom is: 1705 Root 14. On the very bottom of the bottle is Coca Cola. Thanks.

rklump, it is from around 1909-1915 the bottle was made by Root Glass Company and it was filled in Petersburg, Illinois. I collect Cokes, Are you interested in selling it? -Andy

Hi Andy, this bottle is not mine but I will ask Sid if he wants to sell it. How much were you thinking? I do have some old Coke bottles that we would sell. I have one similar to this one but states Peoria, IL on it. There is a picture of another one I have posted on here on 4/1/13 (Rare Bottles) that you can see a pic of it = says Arctic Soda Water bottled by Coca cola. If you want to message me your e-mail address I can send you some photos of a couple more we have. Thanks. Bekki
