What year do you think?That's a beauty, and that applied lip is fantastic! It looks like it ought to predate the circle slug plate era.
I would assume 1870s based on the combination of the slug plate and that lip. Not sure when exactly circular slugs started appearing, I would imagine yours is among the first generation of them.What year do you think?
