Friend of mine, said he spent many hours doing the embossing highlighting. Did it 20 or 30 years ago when he was younger. now in his 80's sez he's not sure he could still do a good job with shacky hands & all now. Leon.
After 10 Years of trying to obtain this Bottle I finally acquired it. wasn't a easy task. I once dug a broken busted up Quart version in about 10 pieces & only half there. Been wanting a whole one ever since. As far as I know this is the only one known to exist in quart size. Gotta be others out...
Not fairly early, more like late 60's maybe even upto mid 70's. They made flat top soda cans into the mid 70's. Just my opinion, others may vary. Leon.
Repro, top is all wrong, I got the real thing, about 12 different ones & a rare amber one. All have the same top or similar & top nothing like yours. Leon.
most US Patent Coke Bottles seem to get anywhere from $1.00 to $5.00 in US unless some rare oddball variation. just my opinion. The older the better & usually the more value. Leon.
Mostly common stuff with little value. from that time frame 1950's & 60's mostly the ACL (painted labels) & Milks will have some value. Best to let those ACL's dry out for about a month before attempting to clean. fresh wet straight from the ground ACL's will most likely lose paint if to quickly...
