Found this diving...any ideas?

I found this bottle this weekend diving off West Palm Beach, Fl, google turns up nothing, down there long enough to have coral and such growing off of it. Records & Goldsborouch around the top, 5806-I B40 on the bottom. Small enough to fit in my hand, maybe 4 inches tall, had a cork top not a screw on. Just curious! I'll have to upload pictures later, too large to send from iPad
