I was hoping someone can shed some light on this bottle of "Granol" medicine manufactured in early 1900s I believe. I can't seem to find any information about this product whatsoever. The label states "For external use in the treatment of Gangrene, Cancer, Ulcer, Bed Sores, Etc." Thank you.

Hello Brian,

Welcome to the Blue Pages & thanks for showing us the Granol. I'm finding nothing of substance on Gray Chemical.

It's sporting a Cork-n-Seal closure which would date it post 1911.

Thanks to Bill Lindsey.

Gray Chemical Co., was known for their embalming chemicals, I'm assuming this may be related to that field of work... They started in 1905 and were in business until the late 1930's if not later.
