This is a Buchanan's Black and White Whiskey bottle. The company name was changed to said name around the 1890s and was formerly known as Buchanan's Bitters. Due to how crude this bottle is, I am guessing it's from the 1890s. I would rather get some experts to help me rather than telling others false info. Any help is appreciated as always!

*Extra Info* (The bottle does not stand straight up due to the base being so uneven. Theres also a weird crease along the bottle, as seen in picture 6. There are many bubbles all along the bottle.)

Thanks in advance,

.Jamieson.

Hard to tell with British bottles because they continued using older techniques well into the 20th century. 1890s looks pretty plausible, but I could see it being as recent as the 1920s or so as well.

Agreed. Very hard to date those sorts of British Empire era bottles. They used the same techniques much longer than we seem to have in the US.

we called them "man's legs" and found a lot of them late 1890s and early 1900s. They are such a cool heavy bottle and usually clean up well. I think they should be worth more but we seem to max out at $15 or less. Still, they are just what an old whiskey bottle should look like....
