A picture of the whole bottle, neck seams, and base will help to determine age and value.

Well, for starters, the HB Co. was a major importer/distributor/retailer of liquor from the late 1800s through to the mid-twentieth century. This means that most of the company's bottles are quite common and hold little interest for bottle collectors. That said, I know of HB Co. collectors (they collect everything from the company) who look for interesting bottle variants. I can't say, with absolute certainty, that you've got one of these types of bottles, but I do know that the HB Co. collectors want twentieth-century items in excellent to mint condition. And it appears that the state of your bottle's label compromises the bottle's overall desirability on the grounds of condition. Thus, I rather doubt that your bottle is worth much more than a few dollars to collectors. Sorry, to be the bearer of bad news.
