transparent blue swirl anchor hocking bottle-would like to know more

I have two anchor hocking bottles . They are transparent blue swirl with a seam running through the lid. About 11.5" tall . Stamped on the bottom, one is numbered 10 the other 19. Could anyone tell me anything else about these bottles? Possible dates, value?

These look fairly modern (80s-today), especially with the dimple base. I'm thinking a wine or vodka.

The numbers on the base are probably just mold/plant numbers. No value.
