I know but Clayton seems to have him convinced they are worth $30 each. Putting them on ebay for $1.00 & seeing how high the bids (if there are any) go should answer the Question of Value. LEON.

I’m no “vintage” bottle person but I sure do like No Deposits. These bottles are historic in the sense that they are the first of their kind and a start to a whole new genre of bottles.

No deposit is a norm for beer bottles as it is today. It might be worth something to the right person though? K6TIM

These are 1930s No Deposits. No Deposits only caught on until the late 1940s and early 1950s. Seeing them from the 30s is pretty rare.

To a person that has a few 11 oz West Coast or Pacific North West 1930's or 40's IRTP ( Internal Revenue Tax Paid) Beer Paper Labels these Bottles would be perfect for that. LEON.

P.S. The first smaller size Bottle to come out in the 1930's was the Steinie Bottle. These were made specifically to compete with the new Competition of the Beer Can that was putting a Dent in there Sales.

Even though "Stubbys" were the first style of NDNR bottles really doesn't mean they're worth a whole lot, millions were made and sold, it's the label and or brewery listed on the label, color of glass and or bottle maker scarcity (short lived) that can have a big impact on value. Oddly, I collect NDNR bottles, although I've decided to stick to "Packie" and "Handy/Glass Can" style bottles, I sold all my Stienies and other variants of beer bottles a while back, including a sizable can collection, I just like the looks of both the Packie and Glass Can bottles with labels ( the more unique the better), the Glass Cans and Packie style bottles are still pretty easy to find and time period correct labels are plentiful as well. I still have a few "other" style bottles that I just like and have held on to, here's some of my currant collection, most all of the bottles without labels are ones I've dug over the last couple years still waiting to have labels applied (which I have, winter time project)..... :)
