Hello, saw an old post regarding The CT Dairy, Milk Bottle & Cap Directory. You were requesting pages from Trish Manfred. I have been trying for months to get a hold of her looking for a copy of it with no response. Is yours able to be copied?? I would pay for a copy. Thanks Rich
I saw that you were asking about the old whiskey jug from New Orleans and that it was your great grandfather's grocers. I don't know if the gentleman ever responded to you or not, but I have the same jug with the same name on it in a 3 gallon size!! I'm located in Shreveport, La. And would love to see your family have it. Please contact me @ chillydogg318@gmail.com and let's work out getting it to you!

I found this liquor bottle, along with some other glass bottles, that I'm looking for more information on. This one is a half pint, and the bottom reads L10755, what I believe to be an I in a circle, D-1 LIQUOR BOTTLE 60 15 70 15. Can anyone tell me what those numbers mean? Or what brand it might be?

Thank you for liking my post about my Paul Westphal portrait. Do you know anyone who would be interested in acquiring it from me?

Hi Mark
I'd try to find a larger auction house within driving distance, that specializes in scientific instruments/old tools. A local small auction house probably will not bring the $ you're looking for. You might try a major chemical co. + sell the picture directly. Museums may want it. You could always donate it to one and take a tax deduction. Beware, the federal tax deduction ceiling has been changing.
