I brought this home yesterday from an estate sale and I’m perplexed and hope you fellow collectors can give some opinions. The giant seam is symmetrical looping from the main body, through the shoulder, and back into the body again. It has heavy whittling and the star looking defects everywhere on one side of the looped seem while the other side of the loop is relatively void of defects. Are these “defects” real or intentional and is that truly a looping seam? I’m stumped but love the color and crudeness on what I think is a made in Europe bottle.

Nice bottle, I've never seen anything quite like that. I'm curious what others think. Roy
