Fairmont Milk Bottle Box

Good Morning. I came across this milk bottle box and had never seen one before. Does anyone know any history on this piece? Is there any value to it? I can not seem to find anything about it. Thank you.

I don't know anything about it but I've never seen one with that clever dial on the inside of the lid before. That's cool! The box is in good shape so I would dare bet that box has some value to it that is much greater than your standard galvanized porch box. Great find!

Very unusual for sure having never seen one. Would love to know more about it. The dial is VERY COOL.
