Federal Prison Milk

I just bought this today. I have absolutely no idea on Texas milks and was wondering what the rarity and potential value is for it since it doesn't fit into my collection Thanks!

They are quite neat but seem fairly common-I've seen a lot of them, all this size. I would say $30-40 is where most of them seem to sell.
