Incredibly, the lighter sapphire blue Darke's (raffle) was won by the same person who won the teal Drake's in the auction. I'd say they deserved it after spending that much on the teal one.

Yep...I'll definitely be trying to dig one of the Houston poison bottles haha.

I'm guessing he won the light blue Sapphire first, that will then give you more incentive to try to get the Teal one to match. I guess the 2 should be together. Congrats to who ever that was. I'm guessing he had to buy a Cobalt Blue to go with those other 2?

Nope...bought the Teal in the auction, then won the light blue in the raffle yesterday. I'm sure they bought a blue one too. I believe the blue ones sold out.

The show was incredible! Starting with Glass in the Grass on Wednesday...not a ton of dealers but a lot of action and really some neat stuff. I sold very well (sold around 500 of my "dollar bottles") and I picked up a Montrose, Colorado jug, a pontiled Nerve & Bone Liniment bottle with Liniment misspelled, and traded for an early Mexico hutch soda.

Then to the main show. Once again, incredible. I really didn't get a chance to walk around until the third day, but I still bought a lot of stuff. A nice pontiled ink with a bird swing of glass inside it, a nice Florida/Texas cure bottle, an old British black glass bottle with a New Hampshire label on it, a sealed bottle with a label (a bit of a mystery), a Tebbett's Physiological Hair Restorer in puce, a cobalt New Hampshire pharmacy bottle, a nice Boyd's crate for fruit jar lids, an incredible mallet with sandiver/glass gall that makes it look blue and light green in some light and olive green when backlit, a "Free Silver Coinage" pin that is also a bit of a mystery, a neat old horse tack repair kit, a gorgeous Rick Varney window, a colored Beaumont pharmacy bottle (pre-arranged deal), and a 3-piece mold bottle embossed on the base J. Simpson/Manchester that could be British but also looks suspiciously like either Stoddard or Westford. Sold really well as well...
