Yup the Roughies were my CFL team of choice. I sat in the bleachers year after year hoping for a big win. Ottawa's colours were red, black and white...same as the Ottawa Senators, The Ottawa 67s, The Ottawa Red Blacks and the Ottawa Athletico Soccer Club (Blackish blue?). Cricket anyone?
