I have a two tube, Jar Doctor machine. Recently changed the motor and now can only get first tube to turn. Same setup, equipment etc, but if I add second tube they both hesitate or stop. Motor is fine- drive roller turns- and it will run one tube. I've tried wiping tubes and roller; cleaning them with Soft Scrub; wiping with water; and finally scratching tube trying to obtain some more bite. I think drive roller is not pushing or biting first tube enough to roll second tube.

Anyone ever experience this problem or can suggest a cure? Thanks!

Belt tight- drive roller turns fine, just won't push the tubes. Had a 6" and a 4", then tried a 5 and 4. Still won't go. It will roll the 6 or the 5 by themselves, just not when you add the 4. I'll get some pics tomorrow. Thanks!

It looks like the tubes are riding very high on the rollers. The tubes on my machine were doing a similar thing. I did try belt dressing, but that was less than desirable and made a heck of a mess. I have modified my machine so that the tubes ride as low as possible between those rollers. Now it turns all the tubes all the time. I have never worked with your particular machine so I'm not sure what to do outside of trying to get the tube lower between the rollers.

Thanks for pondering my problem! On my machine the next notch is too wide, tube drops thru. I would have to drill an intermediate hole- which I may so if I can't solve soon.
