Once again please accept my apologies for such a crappy pic.
Now I'm waiting for my wife to find the charger that she put
away. In a minute. She's getting there. Almost done!
The stars collided on this one. From WASHINGTON. Bottle made in late
1925, as per mold marks. Used until 1928. Replaced with drum bottle in
1929. Label used until 1928. Cap used from 1927 to 1928. 1928 was the
target year here. Right cap, right bottle, right label (this is or course a repro
as so few originals have been found there are only pictures of it.) 1927 was
the year for the six sided reboot of Taka-Cola bottle. No labels there. 1928
saw the return of the paper label straight side. 1928 saw the start of green
caps. Had the cap. Had the label. Bottle arrived by courier yesterday!
