Found pre cork screw top aqua seeded glass bottle washed up on beach yesterday

I know this is late 1800's, and I think that it's a seeded glass ammonium bottle from the 1880's or so, but there is no writing on it, and the bottom bottle scar marks are not very readable.... Please help ID it. Tks, JB

It's a machine-made bottle, so not from the 19th century. I think that's the Owens Bottle Company logo. According to this paper it should be from 1923: https://bottleinfo.historicbottles.com/pdffiles/OwensBottleCoPart2.pdf

I think you're right about it being an ammonia bottle.

Great summary. Seems right to me, especially your point about the side seem. The bottles that have washed up in this small area have all been 1910's to early 1940's, so the perfume bottle is probably 1930's.
