And don't forget about the "Glass in the Grass" sale on Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Ferdinand Meyer's house. It should be fun!

Wow, surprised at the Auction results, some went super high while some others went super low. prices seem so unpredictable nowadays. I like the Teal Drakes reproduction, but almost $5,000.00 for a reproduction when estimate was $750 to $1,000 max.

Crazy for a bottle that was made a few months ago. Can get quite a few nice real ones for that.

For folks that are making color runs of Drake's, it's something they can't replicate with an authentic example and it's a one-off. Also, it was the Federation auctioning that bottle, so all the proceeds for that specific bottle are going to the Federation to support things like the Auction Price Report and other projects beneficial to the hobby. That probably loosened the purse strings a bit on the lots that were Federation entries.

I was at the auction with my son and we really enjoyed it. The rare stuff went well, the more common stuff may have been bargains in some cases, but I came home with something I'm excited about and my son got his first scroll flask.

The Alaskan pharmacy bottles got astronomical prices, as did the great Houston poison and some other lots.

Last day of the show today...so if you are close by come on by!

Wonder what the one off lighter blue Sapphire Drakes would sell for? Wonder if the owner of that one is tempted to find out, was that one won by somebody?

P.S. You need to dig one of those Houston Poison's.
