I bought at Goodwill an 18 inch gallon bottle of Smirnoff. It has two seam lines going through the bottle from bottom to top. There is no cap. There is no paper label. At the bottom of neck it says “federal law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle”. The bottom of the bottle says “Liquor Bottle” and 75 and what looks like a 1 in a circle. I paid $5. Is this bottle worth holding on to? Current value? I was going to throw change in it but found it to be very interesting and vintage. Thank you in advance.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. So it must be a 60s bottle then. Maybe 50s, but I don't know. Are there any numbers around the makers mark? By the way the makers mark is for Owens Illinois glass company, so that is an "I" in an "O".
